TradeSpark is committed to building a platform that works for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of product development, not a checkbox.
1. Our commitment
We design and test the Service with accessibility in mind, including:
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus styles.
- Semantic HTML, descriptive link text, and proper heading hierarchy.
- Color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA for text and essential UI elements.
- Alt text for meaningful images.
- Captions and transcripts for product demonstration videos where practical.
- Form controls with accessible labels and error messages.
2. Known limitations
No web product is perfectly accessible. Known issues we are actively working to address include third-party embedded content that may not meet full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, and certain dynamic interactions in the webapp that are still being audited. We will update this page as issues are resolved.
3. Compatibility
The Service is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and widely used assistive technologies including screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS. If you encounter a compatibility issue with a specific combination, please tell us.
4. Feedback and requests for help
If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Service, or if you have a suggestion for how we can improve accessibility, please contact us. We will do our best to provide the information you need in an accessible alternative format while we work on a permanent fix.

5. Legal
We are committed to compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state equivalents. Nothing in this statement waives or limits any right you have under applicable law.
