California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA") to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Other US states (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others) provide similar rights to opt out of targeted advertising. You can exercise those rights here.
1. Our position
TradeSpark does not sell personal information for money. In some jurisdictions, certain data-sharing for advertising measurement or cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under state privacy laws. This page provides a single, easy way to opt out.
2. Opt out
To exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising:
- Email: hello@tradespark.ai with subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
- In-product control: toggle "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and "Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information" in your account settings (coming soon).
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if you visit the Service with a browser that sends the GPC signal, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser and device you are using.
You do not need to create an account to submit an opt-out request. We do not require more information than is necessary to process your request. If we cannot verify your request, we may follow up to ask for limited additional information.
3. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization. We may ask the consumer to verify the agent's authority directly.
4. Sensitive personal information
Under CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to the purposes reasonably necessary to provide the Service. We do not use sensitive personal information for advertising. If you would like to further limit our use, email hello@tradespark.ai.
5. No retaliation
We will not deny, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercise your privacy rights, except as permitted by law. You may also exercise your full privacy rights (access, deletion, correction, portability) as described in our Privacy Policy.
