Content produced by the Service, including project scopes, materials lists, cost estimates, permit hints, safety notes, code references, DIY step-by-step walk-throughs, and Pro recommendations, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not, and is not intended to be, professional advice. It is not engineering advice, architectural design, structural analysis, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, appraisal, or a substitute for a licensed professional's inspection of your specific property and project.
2. AI outputs may be wrong
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs. AI systems can and do make mistakes: they can misestimate, hallucinate details, miss important context, or return stale information. Local conditions, site-specific constraints, permit requirements, material availability, and labor rates change constantly. You must independently verify any AI output before relying on it. Do not use AI outputs as the sole basis for any pricing, construction, safety, or compliance decision.
3. No guarantee of cost, timeline, or outcome
Baseline estimates shown on the Service are directional. They are not binding bids, quotes, or guarantees of price, quantity, timeline, or outcome. Actual costs will vary based on factors including but not limited to site access, existing conditions, code and permit requirements, material and labor availability, lead times, and changes to scope. Only a written, signed agreement between you and a licensed Pro establishes a binding price and scope.
4. No endorsement of Pros
We perform license verification, background checks, and insurance checks on Pros before they join the network. We do not, and cannot, guarantee the skill, quality, honesty, or financial condition of any individual Pro. Inclusion in the network is not an endorsement. You are solely responsible for evaluating any Pro before you hire them, for inspecting the work you receive, and for resolving any dispute with a Pro directly.
5. Safety and code compliance
Construction work can injure or kill. Electrical, gas, plumbing, roofing, structural, demolition, excavation, and work at height are especially dangerous. You agree to comply with all applicable building codes, permit requirements, occupational safety rules, and manufacturer instructions. If you are not confident you can perform a task safely, stop and hire a licensed Pro. Nothing on the Service waives any code, permit, inspection, or safety requirement imposed by your jurisdiction.
6. No attorney-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship
Using the Service does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, broker, or employment relationship between you and TradeSpark, and does not create any similar relationship between you and any Pro except through a separate contract you sign with that Pro.
7. Third-party content
The Service may display prices, images, product descriptions, map data, code references, permit information, and other content provided by third parties. We do not independently verify third-party content, and we are not responsible for it. Third parties may update or remove content without notice.
8. Forward-looking statements
Marketing and product statements on the Service may include forward-looking statements about features, pricing, timing, or outcomes. These statements are not promises. Product features and plans may change, launch late, or not launch at all.
9. Jurisdictional limits
The Service is designed for use in the United States. We may expand to additional markets in the future. If you access the Service from a jurisdiction where the Service is not intended to be available, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local law.
